RIALTO MANAGEMENT OFFICES BY STUDIO 103

The refined and sophisticated work of the very talented Studio 103 is on show in their latest project at the Rialto management offices. We love this project's light and airy atmosphere which creates a corporate, yet pleasant environment to work in.

Studio 103 is an innovative new architecture and interior design practice, formed in 2012 from an already established group of designers. Their multidisciplinary team thrive on creating inspirational spaces, across all industry sectors.  With sustainability in mind, they create buildings that are environmentally, socially and economically sustainable as well as add value to owners and occupants so we were thrilled to be working with them on this project.

For Rialto,  Studio 103 drew their inspiration from a fresh take on classic parquetry flooring and in doing so delivered an interior that  has been described as a vast change from the "rabbit warren" they previously inhabited.  With a neutral colour palette throughout, Studio 103  created interest through texture and graphic lines.  White oak boards skirt across the floor and up the walls to create a  beautiful angled and stylistic pattern whilst fine black grids frame the doors to the meeting rooms and entrance.  Studio 103 successfully incorporated muted upholstery as accents to softens any harsh reminisce.

Featured in the meeting rooms are Something Beginning With’s own custom loop leg boardroom tables.  Timeless and impactful, these tables in black are a simple and clean solution with integrated cable management and suit the overall aesthetic perfectly.

Away from the reception area, the tone is cut by the introduction of cobalt blue and copper, a warm addition to an otherwise cool and clean pallet. Areas such as the communal break out space is a great example of this where our Otto rectangular table and Ren chairs were specified in a rich blue.
